What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
  • Delivery by SF Express is free on Hong Kong Island and the New Territories
  • Delivery to the UK by International Courier is US$10 per order.
  • Delivery to the EU, USA and the rest of the world is US$25 per order or free for orders over US$ 500
We understand how important it is to reduce delivery costs to our customers in order to remain competitive but can only offer it as part of a promotion as otherwise the postage costs incurred have to be absorbed in our prices.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Payment can be made directly via Paypal if you have account or with VISA and Mastercard either with or without a Paypal account. Payments in Hong Kong can also be made by cheque or direct bank transfer Please contact us if you wish to take this payment option.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery is within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of order but please allow up to 14 days.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Orders delivered via trackable courier will require a signature on receipt. Remember that you have the option to select a delivery address other than the place where your payment card is registered (e.g. your work place) if this is more convenient. Parcels will need to be signed for in person. Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If someone is not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
What should I do if I think my order is late?
In the unlikely event that after 14 days you have still not received your order, please contact us with details of the goods that you have ordered. Please quote your invoice number. This appears on screen when you order and also on your order confirmation email.
Can I return my goods if I am not satisfied for refund or exchange
Yes. In order to facilitate a return you must notify us of this within 7 days of delivery by contact us. Please quote your invoice number and describe the reason for the return. We will issue you with a returns reference number and give you instructions on how to return your goods. We will issue refunds or exchanges as long as you notify us by email within 7 working days of Delivery. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs incurred and a replacement will not be sent out until we have received the goods returned. If we did the cost would have to be absorbed elsewhere and as a small independent business that is not always possible. (Your statutory rights are not affected).
